Los Angeles Cafes ♥

Los Angeles is a city I am not native to yet always felt like it was where I belonged ♥ Especially in the Art District. (I know you guys know how much I love the Art District but this time I will talk about a few other places in LA that grew to be my favourite or I was awe-struck with the first time I came!

The Perch:

The Perch is a bar I stumbled into when I first moved to Downtown LA. The Parisian decor and rooftop bar area is abolsutely elagant and the interior designer in me couldn't help but stare and proclaim my love for the design of the space. From the huge, elegant potted plants to the dim romantic lighitng with fireplaces overlooking the infinite lights of the LA Downtown Horizon. I was sold ♥

The Butcher's Daughter:

This was the spot where I decided to host my birthday party in March 2018. The table was full of people from all over the world from architects, to photographers, to dancers and scientists. It was a night to remember all lit by a crystal fire ♥ The Butcher's Daughter is a vegan cage located on Abott Kinney Boulevard in Venice Beach. The cafe is by far my favourite place to go for an acai bowl and I can't help but stare at the interiors alongside ♥

Maru Coffee:

If you love minimalism as a designer, you will LOVE Maru Coffee. Maru Coffee is a shop I stumbled into on Hillhurst Avenue, Los Feliz. Fun fact: Kristen Stewart ended up knocking over my coffee here my first time (Celebrity sightings are very common in LA). The coffee shop coupled with my meeting with my all time favourite actress made me love that place so much more. My heart was so happy when they announced that they were opening another Maru Coffee in the Art District! Now I can go down to Maru Coffee for a Vanilla Latte and a great aesthetic anytime I want right down the street. Maru Coffee wins ♥
